I will be discussing the vital role of fine art appraisal in insuring artworks, obtaining fiscal benefits, and using art as loan collateral in company of eminent experts, Louky Keijsers Koning, AAA* (Keijsers Koning Appraisals), Andrea N Perez (Partner at Carrington, Coleman, Sloman & Blumenthal LLP) and Joe Cuff(Director at Merrill Custom Lending, Bank of America). 

Art Valued: Enhancing Your Collection’s Potential will be held on Tuesday at Park House, Dallas’ private club committed to fostering a vibrant arts community, and co-hosted with the Dallas Art Fair. The panel will be followed by a Q&A. It will cater to both established collectors and those newly embarking on their art collecting journey presenting a unique opportunity to network with art professionals and enthusiasts.

Hart and Ratté prompt us to view the digital realm as both an extension of and a deviation from organic life, urging a reevaluation of our relationship with technology amidst the looming shadow of obsolescence.

Rising with the Blood Moon is an AR event orchestrated by Caecilia Tripp, made possible by ZOME AR created by Theodore Wohng. It is a new iteration in the Strawberry Moon series.

For the occasion of Frieze LA CASE PIONEERTOWN presents Washed Away by Sébastien Léon in the new desert sculpture park. The sound work was originally commissioned the by Nancy A. Nasher & David J Heamisegger Family SOLUNA International Music & Arts Festival.

Léon’ slick multi-channel musical sculptures generate cinematic soundtracks, composed of field recordings mixed with instrumental loops, and sequenced in algorithmic formulas. His experiential soundscapes loop to eternity, triggering in its listeners a hypnotic sense of place, and seeking to echo the sacred connection between man and the Earth.
